First Pair Guarantee Policy
Formerly Comfort Guarantee.

30 days from purchase, previously 45 days.
For purchased made through authorized retailers, refunds will be made via a SAXX gift card, cheques will no longer be issued.

SAXX will have a grace period through June 30th, 2025 and issue credit memos to authorized dealers who accept returns that fall under our comfort guarantee.
Effective July 1st, 2025, Underwear packaging and POP will reflect our First Pair Guarantee messaging. Customers are encouraged to initiate or action their First Pair Guarantee through the link located on our website.
Starting July 1st, 2025, if an authorized retail has a policy that prefers they honor SAXX's first pair guarantee, the retailer will need to provide the necessary documentation for review in order to receive a credit memo for the product.
Similar to our Comfort Guarantee, our First Pair Guarantee is a strong sales tactic that our retail partners should leverage to get new consumers to experience life-changing or game-changing underwear for the first time.
