Dealers may sell products at any price they choose at their sole discretion. These dates apply to advertised prices. Please review SAXX’s Advertising Price Policy for full details.

 2026 Approved Advertised Promotional Periods:

• Dads and Grads Day Promotion
  1. SAXX Underwear, Socks, and Polo Shirts: 25% off
  2. Promotion starts Thursday, June 11th at 12:00am PST.
  3. Promotion ends Sunday, June 21st at 11:59pm PST.
  4. Exclusions: Quest Quick-Dry Mesh, Collaboration Prints
• SAXX End of Summer Promotion (non-carry forward product):
  1. Fashion & non-carry forward styles go off MAP on Thursday, July 2nd at 12:00am PST
  2. SAXX.com will promote end-of-season products up to 40% off.
• SAXX Swim
  1. Fashion & non-carry forward styles go off MAP on Thursday, Aug 20th at 12:00am PST
  2. SAXX.com will not promote / discount fashion & non-carry forward styles until Thursday, Sep 3rd
• Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  1. Full-priced products can be promoted up to 30% off.
  2. Promotion starts on Tuesday, November 24th at 12:00am PST.
  3. Promotion ends on Monday, November 30th at 11:59pm PST
  4. Exclusions: Quest Quick-Dry Mesh, Underwear Holiday 3-packs, Giftsets, Collaboration Prints
  5. SAXX.com will promote end-of-season products up to 40% off.
• SAXX End of Winter Promotion (non-carry forward product):
  1. Fashion & non-carry forward styles go off MAP on Saturday, December 26th at 12:00am PST.
  2. SAXX.com will promote end-of-season products up to 40% off. 

Advertisements. “Advertisement” is defined as any advertisement, announcement, information, publication, or notice given or made by an Dealer in connection with the solicitation of business or sale of any Product(s) in whatever medium, including email, print, radio, newsletter, television, handbill, sign (except signs inside the Dealer’s retail store directed to consumers inside the store), catalog, letter, other electronic media (including but not limited to all forms of social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and text messages) which includes Dealer’s website address where the Products are offered for sale. This Policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising such as in-store displays or signs.

Pricing on the Internet is an Advertisement. Prices listed on an approved website, including but not limited to prices listed in the “shopping cart,” are considered an advertisement, and are subject to the Policy. Once the price listed is associated with a final intent to purchase (for example, it is listed on the Dealer’s checkout page), it is not covered under the Policy.

Policy Violations. Violations of the Policy include but are not limited to the following conduct:

• Displaying advertised prices below the current SRP (suggested retail price)
• Including “added value” items, discounts, coupons, secret codes, or other promotions in connection with the sale of the Products.
• For Online Dealers, including phrases such as “click for price,” “add to cart for lower price,” “email for price,” “call for price,” or similar phrases that imply that the advertised price is below the SRP.
• Supporting, supplying, or in any way facilitating other Dealers, distributors, or retailers who advertise in violation of the Policy.

No Trademarks or Copyrighted Material may be used in any advertisement, catalog, or publication, whether printed, audio, video, or electronic unless the price used is the MSRP, as published by Saxx.

Bidding on SAXX Search Terms

Authorized SAXX dealers are permitted to bid on the below search terms.

• Approved search terms include the following: “SAXX Underwear”, “SAXX Apparel”, “SAXX Sleep”, “SAXX Lounge”, “SAXX Swim”, “SAXX Sport”, “SAXX Socks”, “SAXX Multi-Packs”, “SAXX Ballpark Pouch”, “SAXX DropTemp”, “SAXX (style name)” e.g. “SAXX VIBE XTRA.”
• Any other term needs to be approved by SAXX prior to bidding on them.
• Bidding on just “SAXX” as a standalone search term is prohibited.

General Requirements and Conditions for Dealers (from our Dealer Guidelines)

Dealer shall sell Products only as provided herein. Dealer is authorized to sell Products only in those physical retail stores that have been previously approved in writing by Saxx for such Dealer (the “Approved Stores”) and Dealer shall neither sell Products from nor supply Products to any other location or facility. Dealers shall only sell the Products to end-use consumers and not to wholesalers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Dealers shall not sell or transfer the Products to any party that Dealer knows, or has reason to believe, intends to resell or distribute the Products. Dealer shall not sell to anyone a quantity of the Products greater than that generally purchased by an individual for personal use (“Unauthorized Parties”). To enable SAXX to honor exclusivity provisions granted to distributors located in other countries, Dealer shall not sell, ship, invoice, or transfer products to any customer or any other party outside of the country they purchased SAXX in.
