Place an order:

Contact your SAXX Sales Representative for support with product availability, product suggestions, or help submitting an order.


Order Questions

For anything related to your orders — whether before or after shipping —our Sales Operations and Customer Experience teams work together to ensure your inquiry lands with the right person.

  • Before your order ships, Dan, Stephanie, Andrea, Sky, Natalie, or Meggie from Sales Operations will help with questions about orders that haven’t shipped yet.

  • After your order ships, Neal from Customer Experience will support with questions about orders that have already shipped, promo, and POP orders.
