Navigate Order History - BuyerUpdated 7 months ago

  1. Go to: https://saxx.elasticsuite.com/ 

  1. Log into your account. 

  1. Hover your curser over Manage and choose Order History from the menu.

  1. The default layout will display All Orders placed within the last 2 weeks. You can also select 6 Months, Past Year, or the three dots (…) to put in a custom date range.

  1. Filter by Elastic Order #, ERP #, or PO # by using the dropdown menu and then entering the number.

  1. Sort any column alphabetically or numerically by clicking on the column header and moving the arrow in either ascending or descending order. 
     

  1. Order Status and Tracking (when order has shipped) will be displayed. View more information on a specific order by clicking Details. 
     

  1. To go back to the All Orders view, click on All Orders in the top righthand corner.
