Find Your Account #

If you're unable to locate your customer account in the Elastic Suite, follow these easy steps to get assistance:

Create B2B Login

Place an ATS Order

Go to: https://saxx.elasticsuite.com/. Click on Shop Now in the top lefthand corner. Click an the ATS Catalog. Switch to Quick Order Entry by clicking on the Menu button in the top righthand corner and select Quick Order Entry (close to the bottom).

Place a Pre-Book Order

Go to: https://saxx.eIasticsuite.com/If you are a sales rep — choose your customer from the drop-down pop-up menu.Click on Shop Now in the top left-hand corner. Click on the catalog in the Pre-Book section (currently Spring 2025). Click on Build Orde

Download Invoice

Go to: https://saxx.eIasticsuite.com/Go to Manage > OrdersClick on the Invoices tabIf your order has been invoiced, there will by a hyperlink. When you click on it a PDF of your invoice will automatically download. You may need to check your devices

Find Tracking

Go to: https://saxx.eIasticsuite.com/. Go to Manage > Orders. Click on the Tracking Numbers tab. If your order has shipped, there will by a hyperlinked tracking number to click on in the first column.

Navigate Order History - Rep

Go to: https://saxx.elasticsuite.com/. Log into your account. Select your preferred customer from the pop-up dropdown or choose “continue as myself” – you can adjust your customer preferences in the Order History widget. Hover your curser over Manage

Navigate Order History - Buyer

Go to: https://saxx.elasticsuite.com/. Log into your account. Hover your curser over Manage and choose Order History from the menu. The default layout will display All Orders placed within the last 2 weeks. You can also select 6 Months, Past Year, or

ATS Report - Excel format

Go to: https://saxx.elasticsuite.com/. Log into your account. Go to Manage > Offline Order Form. Select your catalog by checking the box to the left of it. Choose your filters by clicking on the filter icon. If you want current availability, you can
