If you’ve been tracking your order and the status has not updated in over 48 hours (without an ETA date), the next steps depend on the terms of your order.
- For "Collect" Terms: If your order has "Collect" terms, our warehouse shipped the order using the carrier provided by the retailer. In this case, you’ll need to contact your representative directly to help file a claim and assist with the resolution.
- For "Prepaid" Terms or Free Freight: If your order is under "Prepaid" terms or includes free freight, please reach out to [email protected]. Be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Customer Number
- Elastic Number
- Order Number
Once this information has been received, we will be able to open an investigation and advise on next steps.
