Place/Remove Order HoldUpdated 7 months ago

If you need to place an order on hold or remove a hold from an existing order, just follow these steps:

  1. Email SAXX Sales Support
      
    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOMER NUMBER - Order Hold Request."
  1. Include the Required Information
      
    In your email, make sure to provide the following details:
    • Customer Number
    • Elastic Number(s)
    • Order Number(s)
    • Advise if you would like a hold removed or added to the noted order(s)
    • If a hold is being placed on an order, please advise the reason for the hold request
