Report Damaged DeliveryUpdated 7 months ago

If you’ve received a damaged delivery, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Email SAXX Sales Support
     
    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOMER NAME - Damaged Delivery"
  1. Include the Required Information
     
    In your email, include the following details:
    • Customer Number
    • Elastic Number
    • Order Number
    • Photo of the Packing Slip
    • Photos and Description of the Damages

Once the necessary information is received, we will escalate this to our warehouse and the courier. Following the escalation, we will advise on the next steps accordingly.
