Email [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOMER NUMBER - Short-Claim."
- Provide the Necessary Details
In your email, include the following information:- Customer Number
- Invoice Number
- PO Number
- List of Short-Shipped Items
*Use this format for each missing item:
Style-Color-Size-Quantity Short (ex: SXBB30F-BBB-XL-2)
