If you've received your SAXX Underwear order but are missing some items, don't worry! You can easily resolve the issue by following these simple steps:

 

  1. Contact SAXX Sales Support
     
    Email [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOMER NUMBER - Short-Claim."
  1. Provide the Necessary Details
     
    In your email, include the following information:
    • Customer Number
    • Invoice Number
    • PO Number
    • List of Short-Shipped Items
       
      *Use this format for each missing item:
      Style-Color-Size-Quantity Short (ex: SXBB30F-BBB-XL-2)

 

Once the SAXX team receives your information, we will review the short claim and advise on next steps.
