If you've recently placed an order with SAXX Underwear but need to update your shipping address, it's easy to make the change! Simply follow these steps:

1. Email SAXX Sales Support
    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "CUSTOMER NUMBER - Address Update Request."

2. Include the Required Information
    In the body of the email, make sure to include the following details:
   • Customer Number
   • Elastic Number
   • Order Number
   • Updated Shipping Address

Once the SAXX team receives your request, they'll process the update and ensure your order is shipped to the correct address. 

For a smooth and quick resolution, be sure to double-check that all information is accurate before sending your email!
